Global Initiatives and Leadership Camp
Provided digital marketing to aid their campaign---leading to over 100 campers and $10,000+ in profits. Marketing included original fliers made from Canva and content creation on social media such as Facebook and Instagram

Johnny's Campus Deli
Rearranged store products to appeal to college campus market. Used current market trends to create tactical product placement throughout the store.

DUCS Drive - UP Convenience
Provided expert sales training to employees to increase customer retention and profits. Training included formal greetings, casual conversation importance, food/beverage recommendations, and usage of technology.

University British Petroleum
Reorganized the store layout to accommodate the small size and make the flow of customers optimal. Placed high selling products in the back to force customers to browse the entire store's catalog.

Meet the Founders
Anish Giriraj and Rithin Karra are two students at William Mason High School with a passion for helping local businesses, organizations, and nonprofits develop and grow. Orisa Consulting was founded to pursue this mission and offer free consultations for anybody that needed it.
